Are you ready to put your book of business into a CRM?

The first step is to gather your customer information and put it in a spreadsheet. Once you have all of your client info in this spreadsheet, it can be easily imported to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system later on.

This template was created with a future CRM in mind, but if you have a smaller book of business and can't justify the cost of a CRM, this spreadsheet will help for now.

The Client Spreadsheet Template includes:

  • First, middle and last name of your client
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Address
  • Phone #
  • Email (important if you want to import to a CRM later and do any email communications)
  • Medicare ID
  • Part A and B Effective Dates
  • Spouse Name
  • Notes about your client (ex: They love the Cardinals! or Their spouse just passed away – be gentle about this subject.)

It's really easy to digitize your book of business – just take this first baby step, and you'll be ready to import to a CRM in no time!
